When enrolling your child at Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School (SHCPS), we aim to make the process as seamless as possible.
We understand that choosing the right school for your family is a significant decision, and we are thrilled that you are considering becoming a part of our school community. Whether you are ready to begin the enrolment process or simply exploring your options, we are here to guide you every step of the way.
How to Apply:
Please complete our online Enrolment Form by clicking the “Enrolment Form” tab above.
Should you have an questions or require support whilst completing the online application, our Administration team are happy to help please call 08 8924 8700.
Please ensure the following supporting documents are attached in your online application:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunisation records
- Copy of latest school report and NAPLAN results
- Medical Plans (if applicable)
- Learning Support documents(if applicable)
- Custody/Guardianship/Court Documents (If applicable)
Once the enrolment enquiry and supporting documents have been received our Enrolments officer will make contact to arrange an interview.
All enrolments at SHCPS involve a warm and friendly interview with the Principal or the Principal’s nominee. This interview allows us to get to know your family and discuss your child’s educational needs and aspirations. We ask that your child also attends the interview.
Following the enrolment interview, you will receive correspondence to discuss available position and offers.
Please note there will also be a $100 Enrolment Deposit Fee taken with all enrolment applications.
