When enrolling your child at Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School (SHCPS), we aim to make the process as seamless as possible.

We understand that choosing the right school for your family is a significant decision, and we are thrilled that you are considering becoming a part of our school community. Whether you are ready to begin the enrolment process or simply exploring your options, we are here to guide you every step of the way.

Let's embark on this exciting journey together

and create lasting memories for your child's educational path at Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School

How to Apply:

You can begin the enrolment process by either downloading the Application for Enrolment form from our website or collecting a printed copy directly from our friendly school office.

Once you have completed the Application for Enrolment and gathered the required documents listed on the Parent Checklist, you can submit your application to us via email or in person at our school office.

Once your application is received, our dedicated team will promptly acknowledge its receipt. If any additional information is required, we will get in touch with you to ensure timely processing of your application.

All enrolments at SHCPS involve a warm and friendly interview with the Principal or the Principal’s nominee. This interview allows us to get to know your family better and discuss your child’s educational needs and aspirations. We ask that your child also attends the interview. A member of the school team will contact you to arrange a suitable time for an enrolment interview.

If your application is successful, the Principal will extend a written offer of enrolment. To secure the offered place, you will be required to complete a Confirmation of Enrolment Form.

We look forward to welcoming you and your child to the Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School community. Our team is here to support you throughout the entire enrolment process and beyond, ensuring a smooth transition into our school family. Let’s work together to lay the foundation for your child’s bright and promising future.
